Motor vehicle accident. Unable to walk.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

There is Lisfranc ligamentous complex disruption with lateral displacement of the 1st metatarsal and lateral-dorsal displacement of the 2nd-5th metatarsals. There are associated fractures of the basis of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals.
