Malalignment of the tarsometatarsal articulations in keeping with a Lisfranc injury. Multiple associated fractures at the base of the metatarsals are noted.

Lisfranc injuries are an important "don't miss" injury as it has serious consequences for a patient's ability to walk and run even when treated promptly.
