Fracture of the base of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones with mild lateral displacement of 2nd and 3rd metatarsal.
Additional fracture of the 4th metatarsal neck. Subungal exostosis of distal phalanx of the big toe.
Case Discussion
This is a case of Lisfranc injury homolateral type, which consists of fracture of 2nd and 3rd metatarsal base, rupture of Lisfranc ligament, and lateral displacement of the metatarsal bones.
