Lisfranc injury and fracture metatarsal bases

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Fracture of the base of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal bones.

A gap between the bases of the first and second metatarsals with the second and third metatarsals are no longer correctly aligned with the intermediate and medial cuneiform bones.

Case Discussion

Fractures of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal bases with Lisfranc dislocation of the tarsal medial, intermediate cuneiform and the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals.
