Lissencephaly type II

Abnormal sulcation in bilateral frontoparietal and temporal lobes with shallow Sylvian fissures. Thickened irregular, nodular appearance of gyri (cobblestone appearance).
Prominent cavum vergae seen (maximum transverse diameter ~10mm). Bilateral lateral ventricles are mildly dilated with mild splaying of corpus callosum. No obvious periventricular seepage seen. Third and fourth ventricles appear normal.
Brainstem is unremarkable.
Major vascular flow voids are normal.

Overall findings are suggestive of lissencephaly type II.
