Fracture of the Lister's tubercle of the distal radius and ulnar styloid process extending to the ulnar head.
Few small degenerative subchondral cysts of carpal bones.
Mild soft tissue edema.
Case Discussion
Lister's tubercle of the radius is a bony protuberance on the dorsal surface of the distal radius. It separates the 2nd and 3rd extensor compartments. Ulnar styloid fracture occurs in association with most distal radius fractures.
