6 wks of amenorrhea. Positive urine pregnency test. Pelvic ultrasound for confirmation of pregnancy. Asymptomatic.

Endometrial canal: small amount of collection with tiny echoes.
Right ovary: two cysts.
Right adnexa: Thick extraovarian ring containing a gestational sac, a yolk sac, and a fetal pole with cardiac activity.
No free fluid is noted in pelvis.
