LFFT adnexal lesion shows a gastational sac, a yolk sac and an embryo with cardiac activity.
LEFT ovary shows a corpus luteum. Left ovary abutts left ectopic pregnency.
Free fluid with tiny echoes is noted in right upper abdomen and in pelvis.
Uterine cavity is empty.
- Embryonic Crown-rump length - 3.6 mm, 6 wks 0 day +/- 4 days
Case Discussion
Findings favor left adnexal live ectopic pregnancy with hemoperitoneum.
