Presentation

Right upper quadrant pain and chronic fever.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
ct

Two large homogeneously hypoattenuating lesions noted in the liver with thin walls and peripheral enhancement suggestive of chronic liquefied hepatic abscesses.

In addition there is a large calculus noted within the gall bladder suggestive of cholelithiasis.
