Fever. Ultrasound 10 days ago showed a right lobe abscess.

Right lobe hepatic abscess volume - about 39 cc.
There is right sided empyema.
There is a defect in diaphragm.
There was rim of fluid in right subdiaphgramatic space ( image not documented ).
