Presentation

Known case of colonic cancer, had a stable lesion on several follow-up CT's

Age: Adult

A small subcapsular lesion is noted at segment VII, with a tiny focus of enhancement on the Porto-venous phase.

Case Discussion

Bright dot sign in Porto-venous phase is suggestive of hepatic hemangioma.
