- absent septum pellucidum.
- fusion of the frontal lobes.
- both frontal horns of the lateral ventricle are smaller than normal whereas the body and posterior horns of the lateral ventricles are prominent.
- single azygous ACA is identified
- the corpus callosum is thin and appears deficient on some coronal images
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with lobar holoprosencephaly.
