Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Right flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Seven adjacent thin-walled non-enhanced cortical cysts are seen at lower pole of right kidney with maximum diameter of 55mm and total diameters of 103×57×90mm. No calcification or enhancing solid component are noted within. 
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.

Case Discussion

Localized cystic renal disease is probable diagnosis.
Localized cystic renal disease (LCRD), also known as localized cystic kidney disease, is an uncommon, non-familial, non-progressive disease characterized by clusters of cysts within the normal renal parenchyma.
