Localized cystic renal disease

Several varying sized thin walled cysts are present at right kidney less than 70 mm, without calcification or enhancing solid components. Features are most consistent with localized cystic renal disease.
A tiny stone, less than 3 mm, is present at gallbladder.
Small fat containing umbilical hernia is present.
The uterus contains a few fibroids.
Case Discussion
Localized cystic renal disease is an uncommon, non-familial, non-progressive disease characterized by clusters of cysts within the normal renal parenchyma.
