The left kidney is small.
Bilateral percutaneous nephrostomy catheters inserted.
An infiltrative mass is noted in the pelvic cavity, originating from the urinary bladder, and infiltrating the prostate, seminal vesicles, and anterior rectal wall.
Bilateral iliac lymphadenopathy with a maximum short axis diameter of 30 mm.

Locally advanced urinary bladder cancer; pathology proved urothelial cell carcinoma, the most common tumor of the entire urinary tract.
