Presentation

Radical prostatectomy 6 years earlier. PSA progression under antihormonal treatment.

Patient Data

Age: 80
Gender: Male

T2-hypointense mass at the vesicourethral anastomosis obstructing the bladder outlet. A suprapubic catheter had to be inserted. Multiple osteoblastic bone metastases. Susceptibility artifact from a safety pin at the urine bag.
