Diagnosis possible

Presentation

Cough and fever for 5/7 on a background history of 3/52 history of bilateral ankle pain and swelling. Rash (Erythema Nodosum) below knees 8 days ago.

x-ray

There is prominence of the left hilum and superior mediastinum on the right in keeping with lymphadenopathy.

No focal consolidation is identified.

x-ray

Imaging of the ankles demonstrate no acute fracture with increased overlying skin thickness bilaterally.

Case Discussion

The findings are most in keeping with Lofgren syndrome.
