Presentation

Poor urinary stream. History of catheterization.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrography and VCUG reveal a 40 mm stricture at the bulbar segment of the urethra. Prostatic, membranous, and penile segments appear normal.
