Long standing avascular necrosis of left femoral epiphysis

There are degenerative changes in the left hip joint with joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis and irregularity, and relatively femoral head flattening.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with long standing avascular necrosis of left femoral epiphysis with advanced secondary degenerative changes.
