Long-Standing Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease

Severe flattening / coxa magna of the left femoral head with coxa varum deformity, mild left femoral head subluxation, and left acetabular overgrowth, all consistent with chronic Legg-Calves-Perthes disease.
Periarticular osteopenia of the left acetabulum.
Preserved joint spaces. No fracture.
