Marked osteoarthritis of the left knee, seen as narrowed joint spaces, subarticular sclerosis and marginal osteophytes.
Intra-articular rounded osseous density is seen at the suprapatellar recess (on lateral view), in keeping with intra-articular loose body.
Case Discussion
Intra-articular loose bodies are commonly associated with severe osteoarthritis.
