Fall from 12 foot fence

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Heavily comminuted minimally displaced fracture of the calcaneum. Reduced Bohler's angle.

Heavily comminuted complete articular fracture of the calcaneum with two primary fracture lines through the posterior facet.

The ankle and midfoot are intact.

8 week follow up radiographs.

x-ray

Diffuse sclerosis of the calcaneum, but the fracture has not fully united.
