Intra-articular fracture of the calcaneum extending into the talocalcaneal joint.
Bohler angle's angle is less than 20 degrees.

Extensive fracture of the calcaneum with reduction in Bohler's angle (normally 20-40 degrees) with intra-articular extension.
This is a Lover's fracture, albeit LOVE is not always responsbile. Often its much less exciting like a fall from a height in the construction industry...
