Presentation

Priapism started 12 hours before admission and became painful in the last five hours.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Penile Ultrasound

Grayscale and color Doppler ultrasound show ovoid hypoechoic structures at the corpora cavernosa in the cross-section. Color Doppler shows no flow in the corpora cavernosa.

An emergent case of low flow (ischemic) priapism.
