Presentation

Painless, bluish soft swelling on left side of neck since long time, however recently increasing in size.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

A soft tissue lesion in subcutaneous plane in left side of neck at the level of vocal cord, appearing 'bright' on fat-suppressed T2 images, and shows centripetal fill-in and patchy contrast enhancement.
