Lower ureteric stone

Young female with history of left flank pain

Patient Data

Age: 35 years old
Gender: Female

Abdominal Ultrasound

Moderate hydronephrosis is seen , with dilated upper ureter , the ureter can be seen dilated at pelvic brim crossing the iliac vessels , 10 mm stone is seen obstructing the lower ureter.
