Loss of sensation S1 right;Decreased sensation L5/S1 right buttock-perianal sensation intact. Complete loss of sensation right and absent ? left fine. Right S1 compression with buttock numbness and absent plantar reflex.

Normal alignment. No osseous abnormality.
Large L5/S1 right paracentral disc extrusion with cranially ascent of the disc. The disc fills the right sided of the central canal compressing the thecal sac and the descending right S1 nerve root.
The remaining disc levels are normal.
