Herniation of inferior segment of right lobe of liver through a defect in right lumbar region secondary to a renal surgery done 20 years ago.
Case Discussion
The post operative abdominal wall is a potential weakness that can result in herniation of abdominal contents. This is an unusual scenario of liver herniating through a posterolateral lumbar wall defect that developed from previous surgical incision.
