The patient had abdominal surgery 1 year ago through left flank incision , subsequently developed a progressively enlarging left flank bulge causing her some discomfort.

Left inferior incisional lumbar hernia containing adipose tissue and bowel loops, defect measuring 8.5 cm, no signs of bowel obstruction . noted is made of malrotated right kidney
