Left lumbar rib.

Metal clips in the right upper abdominal quadrant ?cholecystectomy.

Lumbarization is a congenital disorder where 1st sacral vertebra can show an abnormal articulation with the 2nd sacral vertebrae.

Sacralization is a congenital disorder where the 5th lumbar vertebra fused partially or completely with the 1st sacral vertebra.
