Bilateral pseudoarthrosis of the transverse process of the transitional vertebra and the sacrum.
Case Discussion
Lumbosacral transitional vertebra are congenital spinal anomalies where the last lumbar vertebra shows elongation of its transverse process with varying degrees of fusion to the first sacral segment.
In this case there is pseudoarthrosis of bilateral transverse process: Castellvi IIB.
