Complete lunate dislocation with abnormal rotation to 180 degrees. No definite fracture identified.

The patient had urgent closed reduction whilst in emergency after hours, which was unsuccessful for a complete relocation of the lunate.
Required open reduction and fixation with K-wires. Median nerve was noted to be under stretch during surgery.
