Frontal
Thick walled right upper lobe cavitary lung lesion with air fluid level.
Case Discussion
This is a healthy patient who came to emergency department with a clinical picture of pneumonia. A chest X-ray showed upper lobe abscess of the right lung. During his hospitalization, was treated with antibiotics.
