A case of glioblastoma (GBM) under treatment presented with fever and cough.

Left lower lobe thick walled cavity showing air fluid level within associated with consolidation of the adjacent lung parenchyma.

Lung abscess developed in the lung as a cavity which may contain air or air fluid level and usually surrounded by consolidation.
