Opacity in the medial right lower zone without loss of the right here border. Lateral confirms posterior lower zone opacification.


One month later

CT confirms a right lower lobe mass. 

Case Discussion

This lesion most likely represents a lung cancer. Unfortunately, clinical presentation and pathological follow-up are no longer available.
