Large mass in the right hemithorax. The right paratracheal stripe remains despite the mass extending to the midline indicating the mass does not lie in the mediastinum.
The right hilum is also clearly delineated projected over the mass, indicating this is not a hilar mass.
Left lung clear.
Heart size normal.

This was a proven lung malignancy on biopsy - the lung mass is large and illustrates the hilum overlay sign well.
