Chest pain for a few weeks. Cough. External CXR showed LMZ opacity, symptoms not clearing after antibiotics.

Lung cancer with bronchoscopic biopsy

Large left lung spiculated mass with cavitation abutting the left pulmonary artery. No suggestion of mediastinal invasion. No bronchial obstruction. No lymphadenopathy or metastases. Right posterior subcutaneous lesion is longstanding, and likely a sebaceous cyst.
