Multiple right upper lobe nodules with right hilar, paratracheal and supraclavicular lymphadenopathy. Probable tracheal invasion by enlarged right paratracheal lymph nodes. Multiple liver metastases.

This is a good example of widening of a previously normal right paratracheal stripe due to lymph node metastases from lung cancer.
