Presentation

Known adenocarcinoma of the lung. Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Right basal pleural drain.

Small residual right sided pleural effusion.

Innumerable nodules throughout both lungs in all lobes.

Case Discussion

They can range from one to innumerable, this is a particularly florid example of pulmonary metastatic disease, in this case from a lung primary.
