Presentation

Cough and back ache

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Numerous parenchymal round mass lesions seen scattered in both lungs of varying sizes ranging from a few millimeters to as large as 7 cm in diameter. 

Case Discussion

A patient of transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder post cystectomy, ileal conduit and chemotherapy. Recently he started developing back ache and cough. This is a good example of typical cannon ball metastases to the lungs due to hematogenous spread of the tumor.
