Lung tumour with metastases

Age: 50
Gender: Male

The main findings of this review is a mass occupying the left anterior mediastinum, extending round the upper left bronchus, with cutting it. Atelectasis of the anterior segments and decrease of the attenuation to the apicoposterior segment.

The liver has preserved shape and size , has a focal hypodense image ,another smaller in the hepatic dome and in the right lobes. Osteolytic lesion was also watched in the body of L3.
