Lung tumor with metastases

The main findings of this review is a mass occupying the left anterior mediastinum, extending round the upper left bronchus, with cutting it. Atelectasis of the anterior segments and decrease of the attenuation to the apicoposterior segment.
Multiple hypodense lesions are seen in the liver, largest is in segment IV. Osteolytic lesion seen in the body of L3.
