  • 2 = Right bronchus
  • 3 = Left bronchus
  • 4 = Right lobe: superior (4a), middle (4b), inferior (4c) lobes
  • 5 = Left lobe: superior (5a) and inferior (5b) lobes
  • 6 on the right = Horizontal fissure
  • 6 on the left = Oblique fissure
  • 7 = Oblique fissure
  • 8 = Pulmonary artery
