Features of multiple thin-walled cysts of variable sizes throughout the lungs. No nodules. The pleural spaces are clear and the airways are normal. No mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy. Imaged upper abdomen shows right kidney upper pole cyst.
Case Discussion
The images features are those of lung cystic disease that, at his age group, in a non-smoker patient, and showing this diffuse distribution with no nodules, make lymphangioleiomyomatosis the most likely diagnosis.
