Multiple thin-walled air-filled cysts scattered throughout both lungs involving all lung zones, measuring from a few millimeters to 15mm. No pulmonary nodules identified.
In imaged portions of upper abdomen, there are multiple small fat containing masses at both kidneys.

Known case of tuberous sclerosis with pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis and bilateral renal angiomyolipomas.
