Coronal C+ arterial phase
There is extensive interstitial thickening which predominates centrally and extends as confluent soft-tissue that surrounds the mediastinum. There is no discrete lymphadenopathy.

Features here are lymphatic thickening and lymphangiomatosis which was confirmed at biopsy.
