Widespread reticulonodular markings throughout both lungs,

Case Discussion

This patient had no prior history of chest pathology, became breathless and had a recent diagnosis of disseminated esophageal malignancy.

This diffuse reticulonodular appearance is typical of lymphangitis carcinomatosis.
