Presentation

5 years post operative and chemoradiotherapy status for right breast carcinoma. Right upper limb oedema for 1 year.

Patient Data

Age: 50
Gender: Female
X-ray

The arm is grossly swollen with oedematous enlargement of the subcutaneous tissues. Streaky density is seen within the subcutaneous fat. 

Case Discussion

Typical appearance of lymphedema post breast cancer due to disruption of the axillary lymphatic pathway.
