Large fluid collection intimately related to the left psoas muscle/iliac vessels extending down to the left groin where there are surgical clips. Note marked urinary bladder displacement.
Case Discussion
Key to this case is the clinical history of lymph node dissection (not mentioned on the original radiology referral). Differential diagnosis includes a seroma, abscess or chronic hematoma.
