Lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis

55 year old female known case of Sjögren's syndrome presented with shortness of breath

Patient Data

Age: 55
Gender: Female

Clear lungs with unremarkable cardio mediastinal sellhoutte. No pleural effusion.

No mediastinal lymphadenopathy is seen. Scattered several thin wall cysts are noted in both lungs. No evidence of lung fibrosis.

Case Discussion

Findings are typical of lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis given the clinical data.
