Presentation

Known case of Sjögren's syndrome presented with shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Clear lungs with unremarkable cardiomediastinal silhouette. No pleural effusion.

No mediastinal lymphadenopathy is seen. Scattered several thin wall cysts are noted in both lungs. No evidence of lung fibrosis.

Case Discussion

Findings are typical of lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis given the history of Sjögren's syndrome.
